Materials delivered; Start date posted
The first batch of roofing materials has been delivered! Signs announcing a start date of Friday 6/21 were posted on the front & garage doors of the homes in the first building on Creekside Drive that will be reshingled. Work will begin at 7am and generally continue until 3pm. Regular work days will be Monday through Friday. Notice will be given of any addition of a Saturday to the schedule (as is the case this Saturday).

To make up time lost to bad weather, the roofers will be working on
SATURDAY, 6/22, FROM 8AM-3PM.

No parking in overflow lot
The roofing contractor will use the overflow parking lot on Creekside nearest to the walking trail to stockpile their materials and equipment. Necessarily, this means no parking allowed in that overflow lot for the duration of the roofing project (should take a few weeks, depending on weather).
Workday parking restriction across from stockpile
Additionally, the roofers will need the entire width of the street in front of the stockpile to maneuver their telehandler forklift vehicle, which will hoist the materials up to the roof as they work. This means we must prohibit parking directly across from the overflow lot during their work hours (Monday-Friday, 7am-3pm; occasional Saturdays). The area affected by this restriction is marked in red in the satellite image of Creekside Drive below. Parking restriction signs will be placed along this area.
Your cooperation with these temporary parking restrictions is greatly appreciated, and is essential to preventing unnecessary construction delays!
