Saturday roofing work. The Board has approved the roofing contractor’s request to work as many Saturdays as needed to supplement their Monday-Friday schedule. As most in attendance at our annual meeting agreed, if this helps get the roofs completed sooner, we’re all for it! The contractor will let the Board know each week whether they intend to work that Saturday. We’ll do our best to pass this info along to everyone (check for a post in this Roofing Project section). But, in general, just be aware that they may be working on any given Saturday. Their working hours on a Saturday will be limited to 8am-4pm.
Roofing workers on your deck. Please be advised that, when working on roofs at the back of your house, workers will access your back deck at times, to lay tarps, access a lower rear roof, move furniture or plants aside for their protection, collect fallen debris, clean up, etc. When your building is next, you can assist the process by relocating furniture and other deck items out of the way for them.
