Below is the text of the letter sent only to homeowners in buildings due for roof shingle replacement in 2019.
Re: Roof Shingle Replacement
Dear Homeowner(s):
You are receiving this letter as your home is scheduled to have its roof shingles replaced in 2019. Our prior correspondence dated June 5th outlined the project and provided general information for all homeowners to be aware of.
We have been advised by C.P. Rankin that this project is scheduled to commence the week of June 17th, with work beginning as early as Monday or Tuesday, weather permitting.
A map of the community can be found on the other side of this letter, with the 18 buildings being reroofed this year marked as #1 -#18. This is the anticipated order of buildings that the contractor is scheduled to work with.
While we cannot offer a specific date that work will begin on each building, we can advise you that we anticipate each building to take roughly 2-3 days each to complete. With that said, if you see work begin on the building scheduled to be completed prior to yours, you will know that you are roughly 2-3 days away from work beginning on your building.
If you rent your home, please advise your tenant(s) of this work and the above-mentioned precautions and forward information regarding timeline etc. as it is time sensitive information.
