As of January 1, 2022, our community’s property management company is FirstService Residential.  The Contact page on this website has been updated accordingly.  Our new property manager is Krista Welsch.  Your first line of contact for questions or concerns about our community is the FirstService Residential customer care center, available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, at 800-870-0010.  Any issue they aren’t able to resolve will be relayed to Krista.

All homeowners were sent a welcome packet of information via U.S. Mail.  Included in the packet are instructions for contacting property management, paying HOA monthly assessments, accessing the FirstService website and mobile app, and completing a community census form.  Any homeowner who did not receive this packet in the mail should contact FirstService Residential at 800-870-0010.

The completed FirstService census forms will provide property management with a current database for our community so that they know who to contact and how to contact every resident regarding any issues that arise pertaining to the community, our homes, or our vehicle(s).  This ability to make timely contact with residents & homeowners to keep us informed, especially regarding urgent issues, will be a major improvement for the management of our community.

There are no changes to current community rules, monthly assessments, or contracted services for our community.  The only changes at this time are the property management company, how they may be contacted, and how monthly HOA payments can be made.

The FirstService website provided for Sunnybrook Village is still a work in progress and will be updated in the coming days to include more community-specific information.
