New Executive Board Members & Officers: New members were appointed to the Executive Board at a Special Meeting called for the purpose of filling the vacancies caused by recent resignations. The full five-member Board has been restored with the addition of two new members who will each serve for the remainder of the term of the resignee they replace. We are pleased to introduce our newest Board members:
Kris Lutton will take on the role of Secretary. A note from Kris… “I have lived in SBV over 14 years. I like the friendly neighborhood atmosphere we enjoy in SBV. As a consultant I have worked with non-profit organizations for many years and am experienced in working with boards to establish goals, timelines and budgets. As a homeowner it is important to me that SBV is a safe, well-maintained community that keeps reasonable fees and protects the value of our homes.”
Kevin Isleib will take on the role of Treasurer. Many of you will remember Kevin from his previous tenure on the Board. Kevin is an original homeowner and brings to us an extraordinary depth of knowledge of our community, both as a longtime resident and from his many years serving on the Board.
Remaining Board officers are: Pam Galster (Member At Large), June Gorg (President), Jeff Neese (Vice President).
