Our landscaping contract provides for one pruning of foundation plantings, bushes and shrubs during the last week in July each year. At the request of some of our “green thumb” homeowners who would prefer to maintain and prune their own plantings, the Association compiles a “no-prune” list to give to the landscape company.
To put your property on the “no-prune” list, fill out and sign a “Do Not Prune” form (found on the Forms menu at the top of this web page) and be sure to read the agreement in its entirety.
Note: To remain on the “no-prune” list, you must sign up for it each year.
The “Do Not Prune” form may be mailed to the Association at the address at the bottom of the form, or you may fax it to 215-491-5620.
You must reply no later than July 10, 2019 to be on the “no-prune” list for this year.
