UPDATE Sept 2, 2019: Votes were tallied following the August 14th deadline for ballots in the run-off election. The candidate with the most votes was Steven J. Bardsley. Thanks to Steven and Tracie for their patience while we carried out the run-off election process.
UPDATE June 29, 2019: New ballots for the run-off election were mailed to each homeowner July 17th, to be returned no later than August 14th, 2019 (by mail, fax, or email). Any homeowner who did not receive a ballot should contact Continental Property Management.
At our Annual Meeting on June 26, 2019, an election was held for the two seats on the Board of Directors whose 3-year terms were expiring. After all in-person and absentee votes were counted, the highest number of votes was received by Pamela D. Galster, who retains a seat on the Board for a new 3-year term. There was a two-way tie for the second highest vote count, between Steven J. Bardsley and Tracie Hess. A re-vote will be conducted in order to fill this vacant seat; more details are forthcoming.
