Be it resolved that on the 6th of March, 2006, the Board of Directors of Sunnybrook Village Community Association unanimously agreed that:
RESOLUTION: Renovation and contracting work (inside or outside) can only be conducted between the hours of 7:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m., Monday – Friday or 8:00 a.m. – 8:00 p.m. on Weekends.
RESOLUTION: Littering on the grounds, streets, common walkways or property of another owner/resident is prohibited.
RESOLUTION: All residents must abide by all posted traffic signs.
RESOLUTION: No vehicle may block access to the common walkways.
RESOLUTION: Rules Enforcement: Procedures and Fines
a. Violations structure
i. 1st Violation – Warning notice sent. Resident given an opportunity to be heard before the
Board.
Notice of fines for future violations.
ii. 2nd Violation – Resident is given an opportunity to be heard. $50.00 fine issued.
iii. 3rd Violation – Resident is given an opportunity to be heard. $75.00 fine issued.
iv. 4th Violation – Resident is given an opportunity to be heard. $100.00 fine issued.
v. Subsequent violations are at the discretion of the Board on a case-by-case basis.
