The Declaration is the formal legal document which creates the community, establishes unit boundaries, details powers of the association, details maintenance obligations of the association and unit owners and provides the mechanism for assessments, insurance, use and occupancy restrictions, restrictions on exterior modifications, easements and enforcement.

THE BY-LAWS

Bylaws of Sunnybrook Village Community Association – The Bylaws are the rules for governance of the association and provides detail on membership, meetings, duties of the Executive Board, election of the Executive Board, election and powers of officers, preparation of a budget and assessments.

THE RESOLUTIONS

The Resolutions are a formal expression of the consensus at a meeting, arrived at after discussion and are as a result of a vote by the Board of Directors.
