Upper Brookview Lane roofing work was completed (buildings 1-5 on the project map, below) and Lower Creekside Drive roofing work is in progress (buildings 6-12 on the project map).
A couple of things to note:
- Due to the weight of their equipment for debris collection and supply delivery, the roofers can’t work on the back roofs of any buildings if the ground is still soft following rainy weather. So, they may need to proceed to the front roof of the next building(s) before they’ve completed the back roofs of previous building(s). Throughout the project, they will continue to post signs on your front & garage doors when they anticipate working on your home.
- Reminder that re-shingling work progresses from the top down. Roofers will complete all upper roofs of a building before they start work on its lower roofs (garage, bay windows, etc.). Depending on time/weather constraints, they might need to proceed to the next building before returning to previous building(s) to work on lower roofs. Rest assured, wherever old shingles exist, they will be replaced by new shingles before the project is complete!
