2019 Creekside Drive roofing complete! Roof shingle replacement work has been completed on all six of the upper Creekside Drive buildings that were due to be reroofed this year. To date, no plywood boards have required replacement.
2019 Brookside Lane roofs are up next! Work begins this Monday, August 5, 2019 to reshingle the ten buildings on Brookview Lane scheduled for this year. Signs have been posted on the front & garage doors of the homes in the first building on Brookview that will be reshingled. (Refer to the map at the bottom of this post showing the anticipated order that the ten Brookview Lane buildings will be reroofed this year, marked #7 – #16.)
Dumpster relocated: One of the two dumpsters in use for this project was relocated to Brookview Lane next to the overflow parking lot just east of 84 Brookview (as indicated in the image below). The other dumpster and roofing supplies will continue to occupy the overflow lot on Creekside Drive near the entrance to the trail.
BE ADVISED: These dumpsters are for the sole use of the roofing contractor. No one else is permitted to utilize them for any reason. IT IS ILLEGAL to dump trash in dumpsters placed on private property unless given explicit permission by the owner of the dumpster to do so.
